This would be so nice to mark several at once and get them done in drizzle to get some crops in! its needlessly tedious to prioritize them one by one.

Hi! As Zero said in the comment below - this is already possible in the game. Just select a farm field and press the arrow keys next to the priority number while holding Shift. This will change the priority for all items of the same type.

Hold shift while clicking on priority button. It will change the priority of all of the same item you are building. All roads, farm tiles, houses, etc...
