Effects on world map

mousing over a hex on the world map shows different effects, but they are just icons without detailed information - no way to mouse over them to learn what they are, mouse movement changes hex selection :(

Hi. To preview the effects, you need to select the tile. This will bring up the embarkation view, and there, in the "Summary" and "Conditions" tabs, you will find this information (and be able to mouse over the icons).

It's still cumbersome to have to click through to another panel and then another tab just to see what the Effects are.
Please consider my tooltip icon overlay suggestion as well.
