for cycle reforged i started a new run and play play through the tutorial again. when at some point you get the logistics entry in the encyclopedia shown. it still reads at the bottom, goods in the internal storage are inaccessible for further distribution. as this has been changed, it is wrong information fed to players in the tutorial
