By the end of a run you can easily have dozens of perks active in the bottom left hand corner. It is sometimes difficult to find the one that you care about (especially those that have a variable conditional bonus like Silent Looting). It would be great if those that belong together (e.g. all those that give a flat +1/2/3 to production) could be displayed (and minimized/collapsed) in groups in the UI

When I have like two dozens of perks or more, it becomes hard to keep in mind what perks I have and what they do.
It would be really helpful to have an option to group perks by type (trade related perks, food related perks, industry related perks, etc), instead of existing single list.
Making new perks glow until player hovers the mouse over them like new building blueprints would allow to see what perks are new without the single list.
