Hotkeys for Species Selection in Workplace Overlay

For quickly changing up the worker allocation in the Workplace Overlay (Alt),
it would be neat to have hotkeys (e.g., [1], [2], [3]) for selecting a certain species. This would reduce clicking on the species in the top left each time.

When placing/moving people you can scroll your mouse wheel to cycle through species. It took me 30+ hours to realize this.
