Identify quests on World Map

When I am selecting a place for my next colony, I frequently want to place next to one of the World Map Modifiers. I prioritize ones I haven't done before, both for a new experience and for a quest reward. In order to confirm that I haven't done that modifier, I have to go back to the city and click into the Deeds, then search for that modifier's name. At a minimum, Deeds should be something I can see from the World Map - within the settings menu if nothing else. Better, would be if there was a "quest available" indicator when clicking on a World Map Modifier or the lands next to it.
Similarly playing on different types of terrain offers a quest and figuring out which ones I have left is difficult to the point of prohibitively annoying.
