It would be helpful if there was an icon over buildings indicating that there aren't enough materials to construct the building. Currently there is no indicator, so you have to click on the building to see there aren't enough resources and that is why workers are standing around doing nothing rather than constructing.

Hi! There is already something like this in the game. When there are not enough resources to construct a building, a black and white brick icon hovers over it.
