Lumber mill defaults

I pretty much always set lumber mills to "Only Marked Trees". When starting a new game I make 2 lumber mills and set that preset, which is mildly boring repetitive clicking that I could avoid if there was a way to set this in options. Probably a lot of buildings have default presets you could set outside of a settlement map to save time.
