Material choice for production

Start the production if you don't have the "standard" material of choice. I'm suggesting this because I had a dryhouse and didn't started producing jerk because the standard material was bugs and not meat.

There is option "Enable All Ingredients In Recipes By Default" in settings which I think does exactly what you're asking for
