Natural ressources view - blueprints

Showing which natural ressources are avalaible and which are not when selecting a blueprint.
It's a bit annoying to have to press esc twice (and remenber) to know them.

Hi! You can already see the biome resources in the blueprint selection. Just hover your mouse over the round resource icon next to the NPC portrait. It will display a tooltip with the same info as the summary in the ESC menu.
