Overlay/menu for water type usage

I was thinking it might be cool to have an overlay or menu to easily see what water types the buildings you have use for the rainpunk engines. If you have an excess of one or two water types it'd be nice to easily see where you can utilize it.
EDIT: I just realized there is already an overlay for this. I didn't realize how many overlays there are until just recently! Perhaps working these into the tutorials would be helpful.
