Performance issue

Since I have the new DLC (could also caused by an update of the core game) I'm experiencing performance issues on "bigger" towns like opened 6-8 glades and of course some buildings
It's only lagging when the time is running. It doesn't matter if I zoom in or out. My PC setup can't be the bottle neck since i'm running a RTX 4070 TI Super and a Ryzen 7 7800x3d.
The only thing I haven't tried yet is lower the graphics, but even if that would work it's just a workarround and shouldn't be the solution.
Anyone else experience performance issues?

I tried it again and it seems that the v-sync option was causing the issue. I will do another test, just to be sure
