Pipette tool for building selection

Hover over a building or path that's already been built, hit a key that selects that building to build a new one, then you can build it without navigating the menus. If you ever want to cheat on quality of life things, play factorio. They are an established game so i don't hold you to their level but a pipette would be really nice.
