Preview shows which building are moveable

Not all buildings can move. You should be able to see in the preview if you can move them before you build.

Hi! This is already in the game. When you hover over a building (either in the construction menu or when you select blueprints), if it's a moveable building, you'll see a move icon underneath the building icon. Non-moving buildings do not have this icon.
