It would be nice to have the upgrade window in the Smoldering City auto-scroll to the lowest available one. This way, when you're up to levels 8+ you don't have to scroll for what feels like ages, or through things you don't care about.

It would be convenient if you didn't start at the bottom of the citadel upgrade screen every time you open it, but where you were last or based upgrade level.

When accessing the upgrades in the smoldering city, it would be really nice if the viewing panel would start with the lowest unpurchased upgrade at the bottom of the screen, instead of at the very bottom of the upgrade chains.
Starting from the bottom and scrolling up after every settlement is tedious and meaningless to the player.

Right now, after clicking Buy Upgrade in Smoldering City, the screen starts at the bottom of the tree and I'm having to scroll all the way back up to what I can unlock. It would be nice if it started at the current level or lowest available purchase.

It would be nice if the upgrade screen started at the lowest upgrade the user still has unpurchased. Scrolling up is a minor pain as you get to the higher levels. As stated, only a minor pain, but it would be nice to start at the first available upgrade.
It'd be nice if the upgrade tree started at the lowest perk you haven't unlocked yet, rather than at the complete bottom every time. Kind of a pain to scroll further and further every time you level up

If everything in the 4th row has been unlocked, and one of the 5th row remains, then a player should automatically see the 5th row when entering the upgrade screen.

I've been wondering why the citadel upgrade tree always opens at the bottom of the tree rather than at the point of the highest branch you've unlocked. It's annoying having to scroll alllllll the way to where my next relevant upgrades are, and I'd appreciate not having to do that.
