Quick way to see what resources are available on the current map

Maybe I am just not finding it, but when I'm picking what structures to unlock I often want to know what I have access to on the map (and also what I'm capable of producing).
I also wish you could see what the ingredients that are needed to produce the thing that the building produces (possibly by hovering over them).. Even better would be indicating which things I can't normally produce because I lack the ingredients.

Hi! You can already see the biome resources in the blueprint selection. Just hover your mouse over the round resource icon next to the NPC portrait.
You can also see this in other UI panels - when selecting orders, perks, and in the ESC menu.

The icon next to the envoy shows what resources are on the map, and hovering the building shows you your current ability to make the goods (with a + if it's new)
I was wishing this too, but then I noticed little side panel comes out from the left side when you press Esc. It has info of the biome (current map) including possible resources.
