Rainwater type on Ctrl overlay

Currently the Ctrl overlay shows all the recipe in your buildings. It would be handy to be able to quickly see the rainwater type of each building as well. This would allow players to quickly identify which buildings need what rain without having to click on them all.

Hey there! As mentioned by Casey, the type of water can be viewed using the rainpunk overlay (TAB by default).
