Return negative resolve display as "-x" (Colourblind friendliness)

Loving update 1.1, and I'm assuming the hyphen to designate negative values has disappeared so that statements like "y is reduced by x" are accurate, but I would love for the hyphen to return on the resolve display, as it's very difficult for me to tell the difference between the red and green used to denote the positivity of the number.
