Service Building for Leisure and Education: Academy

A harpy (or beaver, because it fits the theme of the scribe building) themed place, where villagers can fulfill leisure and education needs. They discuss the nature of the storm and it's consequences for flora and fauna (eg the origins of the harpie's disease). The passive effect "Field Research" reduces impatience gain by a tiny amount for glades that are opened over the course of the game (we learn more, the further we explore into the forest ). but raises the impatience gain when a villager dies (a researcher dies, the effort was for nothing, their gained knowledge is lost in the woods).

This effect can help closing a game when high impatience threatens you to loose, but can't be abused by just spamming glades, because hostility or events might still get your villagers killed, which then doubles down on you. The reduction could be scaled based on the sort of glades opened.

I had the idea simply, because I was looking for a service building for both Leisure and Education. Because that was my focus, the passive effect is merely a second thought I got by looking at all the other service buildings and seeing that none of them impacting impatience in any way, but hostility, resolve, reputation and general productivity. It could be a completely different passive effect, eg raising yields for all discovered and future ressource nodes or else.
