Set global recipe limit QoL

A quality of life upgrade to go directly from the buildings Production tab, where you see the overview of recipes and can configure limits, to the relevant recipe in the Recipe Summary Window, where you can configure the global limit.
It could for example look like a small button on the building Production tab recipes or alternatively a shift click or a double click on the recipe output icon which takes you directly to the Recipe Summary Window for the correct recipe.

+1. I submitted a similar idea via F11, but where do those go ... My idea as of v0.44.3 was to allow Shift-clicking the Left/Right arrows on individual buildings' production Limits, which would set a global limit, exactly copying the same functionality from setting building Priority.
