Set Permanent Production Limit

The option to set a permanent production limit across all settlements would be nice. Every time I start a new settlement I have to go back into Recipes and set limits. Being able to set this once outside the settlement so it's applied by default every game would be nice - then I can make adjustments as necessary later on.

Hey there! I might not understand this request correctly, but I think there is something like this already in the game. When setting up your global limits in the recipe tab during a session, you can press the "save" button on the right of the panel, and then go to the options menu and set "auto load recipes limit" to "true". This will apply your limits to every game in the future.
