Show information about prefered housing

In the Species housing icon, not only show the amount without a house, but amount outside prefered housing.
So we dont need to be checking on shelters or missing one.
Something like:
Population: 10
Homeless: 0 (4)
That means, population 10, 6 in prefered housing and 4 in generic shelter.
