would be nice to have a possibility to show multiple lines of different kind of resources, like food + fuel + materials (those at left of the seasons)

Hi! You can track different resources regardless of the group they belong to, and they will all be displayed in a new category on the HUD (called "tracked").
To do this, simply select the Warehouse and click on the resources you want to track. They will automatically be added to this new category.
