Small Warehouse should Add Hauler Jobs (CLOSED)

Each time you build a small warehouse, there should be new hauler jobs whose base of operations would be that small warehouse. Not a crazy or game-breaking suggestion, I think (since people are usually better off working in production buildings), but I think the game needs it!

Edit: I just realized that this is actually already in-game, it's just locked behind a citadel upgrade. Sorry!
