We often find ourselves in a situation where we want to keep a reserve of a certain resource - usually for Order or Event purposes. Currently we have to fiddle around with tickboxes for what to burn and what to use in which building, which is very clunky and gets really confusing with multiple producers and consumers of a resource. Why not just be able to "lock", say, 20 Coal so it's impossible to use it for anything unless we unlock it, thus we will have it on hand when we open a Glade, but the surplus will still get burned? And no possibility of finding out you have 19/20 coal because some hungry bastard made a jerky when you weren't looking.
I think I've seen this kind of option in some other games or similar.
The ability to set "withold resource" with specified amount should enable fulfilling specific requests (or make it more enjoyable), such as upgrading mine with planks etc.
Would work like in old Pharaoh games - you set up a treshold on resource; then, until the treshold is reached, the Warehouse will not hand out the resource (the resource can still be spent on trade, events and upgrades)
