If y ou select multiplicator without launch the trade and close the window, when you go again in the building the trade disapear .

Hi! This is most likely because you have "show only available" checked in the Trade Route panel. So I'm assuming you increase the multiplier on a route to a point where you can no longer afford it, and then close the window, and you open it again. The offer disappears because the game treats it as no longer being "available".
This is the intended behavior in this case.
