Hi! You can already do this. Either by selecting tutorial scenarios in the world map view (in the UI panel on the left side of the screen), or by resetting your progress/starting a new game in the main menu, in the Profiles window.

You can create a new game profile and it sets everything to the start

When you're on the screen for selecting where to go next, there's an arrow on the very left of the screen for me. Click that, and it shows you past tutorials. If you also do have it, that is.
