In the hotbar, when you select a building type that you own, you should be able to right click to pull up your existing ones to easily cycle over to them.

Hi! This is already possible in the game. When hovering over a building card on your hotbar, simply press the arrow key and the game will select an existing building of that type. You can also change the keybind for this in the Options menu.
