Optimize coal/copper nodes to use 3 x 3 tile spacing

One of the more minor, but frustrating, things that happens with coal and copper nodes is sometimes you'll have three or four nodes grouped together, but one will be beyond the 3 x 3 spacing the mine uses.
That means having to rebuild the mine later and repurchasing the upgrades, or just ignoring it an considering it a lost cause as that one node isn't worth the investment.
Should be a small and easy tweak that would be very welcome.
